Illustrations and visual storytelling
My name is Noora Katto and I’m an illustrator and graphic designer from Tampere, Finland. Thanks for visiting my website!
I have been primarily working within children’s culture, providing illustrations (and design services) for literature (mainly children’s books), school materials, and various youth-centered initiatives.
Over the past 18 years, my career has spanned a wide range of clients, from small organizations and local agencies to governmental bodies and large international corporations. I am particularly drawn to projects and people aiming to make a positive difference in the world.
Some of my clients include the likes of Otava, Sanoma Pro, WSOY, Finnish Broadcasting Company YLE, Rovio Entertainment Ltd, Finnish National Agency for Education, Fairtrade Finland and for example the cities of Tampere, Espoo and Hämeenlinna.
I also run my own design company, Nooma Creative, where I get to practice product design and through which I release illustrated products such as prints, jewelry and stationery. Oh, and of course the books that I’ve done!
While my schedule is quite packed in 2026, I’m open minded towards all creative projects so don’t be afraid to contact me!
